Ordering your tattoo and piercing supplies from DCtattoo is very simple but we have included a few hints below to ensure the process is clear to you:

  • Browse through our range by using the menu and drop downs at the top of each page

  • If you have any difficulty finding the product you want please click the search icon (Small Magnifying glass at the top right of the screen)

  • Once you have found what you are looking for choose any applicable attributes i.e. size and add it to your shopping bag. (also shown on the top right of the screen.

  • You can view your basket at any time and when you have all you need, simply follow the lisks to checkout

  • We offer different delivery options which vary in cost depending on the service you require.

  • You can remove or alter quantities in your basket at any time.

  • To proceed to payment please click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

Sorry but we cannot deliver orders to BFPO addresses or PO Boxes.

How to complete your order

  • Click on the checkout button to process your order.

  • If you are already a registered customer you can click to Login to your account. We would always recommend registering as a customer as this provides you with extra details on your order and account.

  • If you have any comments for the courier please enter them in the Comments Box and choose your delivery method.

  • Please select your payment option from the wide range of options available.

Pay by Credit / Debit Card – we can accept all credit and debit card payments to ensure your card details are not compromised. Every transaction is encrypted to the highest standards.

Paypal – you will be re-directed to your Paypal account.

  • Once you have completed all these details and are happy please press PLACE ORDER which will take you through to the relevant payment details.

VAT

  • DCtattoo prices Include VAT which is added at checkout at the current rate of 20%. Customer in the EU will be charged VAT at 20%.

Dispatch Times

  • All orders placed before 12:30 pm will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. Delivery times are dependent upon your location and delivery service used. Please see Delivery Information for further information.

Out of Stock Items

  • We endeavour to keep all standard items in stock but sometimes demand for some products means that we maybe out of stock.  Should your item show as out of stock, you can always contact us via our contact page to enquire as to when and if we shall be replenishing this stock.
